Restaurant brand Bagatelle is debuting a pool club adjacent to the Tropicana opening the first weekend in May. Bagatelle Beach will have classic day club features, such as daybeds, cabanas, beachside activities and poolside bottle service as well as Mediterranean-style dining options prepared by executive chef John Zamarchi. Dishes include barbecued chicken flatbread, Thai steak salad and blackened mahi tacos.
Bagatelle Beach will have daily live DJ sets and musical performances at the facility’s outdoor concert venue, which can accommodate more than 4,000 people. According to press materials, Bagatelle Beach’s landscape will be “reminiscent of a south of France-meets-Las Vegas oasis” complete with tropical foliage, two regulation sand volleyball courts, two full-service bars and two pools.
Bagatelle Beach will be open from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The weekend Bagatelle Brunch experience will be open on Sundays starting at 11:00 a.m. beginning May 4.
